The Point

Known locally as “The Point”, this two building development sits at a “V” intersection where a single major road diverges into two major streets. The two-story building is composed of leasable office space, while the single-story structure is reserved for retail. Over time, the project proved to be a catalyst to the redevelopment of a key gateway area between Lansing and East Lansing.
