304 River Edge

As of August 2016, 304 River Edge broke ground and construction began. This three story mixed-use development will be one of the largest projects ever built in Williamston, Michigan. The project aims to be a contemporary design that blends in with the historic, brick facade buildings of the downtown district that it is sited a few blocks away from. The building consists of ground level commercial spaces and 30 one and two bedroom apartments on the second and third levels.
